Original Works
All the work I do, unless otherwise stated, including but not limited to original content, original characters (“OCs”), art style, stories, themes, etc., falls under CC BY-NC-SA licensing.
This means you can share, edit, collab (ask me first!), and build upon my works so long as you directly link to any of my online profiles, and attribute the appropriate copyrighted content to me (VallyCuts). My work cannot be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated in a mutual agreement or done through another license.
Please let me know if you’d like to share my stuff or want to do a collab with me. It’s better for both of us to work together and help each other out by sharing each other’s art in a mutually beneficial manner.
- CC BY-NC-SA: This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator. If you remix, adapt, or build upon the material, you must license the modified material under identical terms.
CC BY-NC-SA includes the following elements:

Commissions
Commissions are paid artworks or content. Usually, I work with a commissioner to create new artwork or content based on their request, and I charge according to time spent, complexity of the project, and amount of changes/revisions throughout the process, among other things. These works fall under CC BY-SA licensing.
You may use my commissions for commercial use, i.e. use them in a banner, poster, merch, on your own website, etc.
Personally, attribution is not enforced by me. But mostly, this is for those who want to pass off my work as their own. You may do what you like with your commissioned piece, but please don’t pretend it’s your work or your own doing!
This license is for individuals only and not for companies or large organizations! If you want to use my work for large commercial projects like commercials, books, animations, advertising, retail, etc., please contact me first so we can create a personalized legal agreement that works for both of us and is fair to me as a professional artist.

Merch
It should go without saying, but obviously, any art or content that is sold on my merch, digital or physical, may not be recreated, edited, distributed, adapted, copied, or built upon. The merch itself, in its totality, may of course be shared if it’s being used as intended. Digital items sold on Etsy and other sites have their own licensing agreements and must be followed as written, although that is subject to change at any time.
